Paul Luster, PE, has been in the AEC industry for over 40 years and has been the Mechanical Principal of BSE Engineering, Inc. since 2019. He is an associate member of the Design Build Institute of America, and a Healthcare Facility Design Professional of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers. Paul’s professional experience spans mechanical and plumbing design in multiple industries, from Healthcare Facilities, Manufacturing, Science and Technology, K-12 and Higher Education, to Data Centers, Municipal projects, High Rises, and Public Safety projects including Jails. Paul is a dedicated and committed Professional Mechanical Engineer and with over 25 years of Project Management experience as a Prime Consulting and Leader of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering design services.
