City of San Diego – Carmel Valley Skate Park

The Carmel Valley Skate Park is a 13,500-square-foot facility with a challenge course and cast-in-place concrete bowl. Skateboard legend Chris Miller helped create a unique bowl design complete with time and pool coping. The park also includes a street course with railings, stairs, banks and ledges, and it has night lighting for evening operations, restrooms, a shade structure, and sitting/observation areas. The project received an “Honor Award” from the American Public Works Association (APWA), San Diego Imperial Counties Chapter.

Scripps Ranch Recreation CenterCity of San Diego – Scripps Ranch Recreation Center

The project created a 9,000 SF recreation building funded and constructed by McMillin Development for Scripps Ranch Villages community in San Diego. The project has received a Citation of Recognition for outstanding design.







MCAS Miramar – Golf Clubhouse

The LEED Gold Certified golf clubhouse building contains a golf pro shop, restaurant with two bar/lounges, shower and locker rooms, commercial kitchen, and offices. The project also included a wedding pavilion for outdoor weddings complete with a food serving area, restrooms, and a bridal room.
